To keep ordering simple we are offering two pre-boxed options. Please place your order via e-mail to Jeanna@hawkscry.com, or call us directly by phone at 608.647.3929. We have a limited amount of pre-packaged boxes, so please get your order(s) in early.
We are happy to answer any questions you may have, so feel free to email with questions, or, pick up the phone to talk directly to us! If we do not answer, chances are we are outside working on the farm. We will return your call as soon as possible – please leave a message.
In the future, we'd like to offer custom cuts ordering. Please contact us now with your specific needs. Our next harvest will be ready in late fall 2010.

Ground Beef - $5.25 per lb
All customers may purchase additional ground beef at a special price of $5.25 per pound. Please inquire about quantities available for sale when placing order!
Packaging Information
Each cut of meat inside the box is vacuum sealed and clearly labeled with the name of the cut (such as, eg: Rib eye Steak, Kabob Meat) and package weight. Hamburger will be offered in vacuum-sealed packages weighing 1 pound. Boxes of meat will be delivered frozen and have a shelf-life of one year from purchase date, so plan ahead!
Delivery and Pick-up
We will offer delivery to the Madison area at a specified location after we receive product orders. Product can also be picked up at the farm for those that would like to come and visit us on the farm! Please contact us to arrange a pick-up time before coming to the farm. We will do our best to accommodate everyone to make the purchase of our meats as simple as possible.
